The mission of Puget Western, Inc. is to maximize the value of real estate assets and other assets through active management, development and timely disposition.

Puget Western, Inc ("PWI") has expertise in retail, office, commercial, industrial and residential development. PWI has constructed, leased and sold distribution warehouses, office buildings, the Salish Lodge - a destination luxury resort just east of Seattle, together with numerous residential developments in the Puget Sound region of the United States.

Within the past few years, PWI has acquired, developed, sold and is currently developing: (a) industrial and business park land along the Interstate 90 corridor east of Seattle. (b) industrial and business park land along the Interstate 5 corridor in the counties of King, Pierce, Thurston and Lewis, and (c) numerous other, residential and retail projects in various jurisdictions in the Puget Sound region of the United States.

PWI was created in 1962 with the sole business purpose being the aquisition and timely disposition of unimproved land. Over the years, additional real estate opportunities were recognized and the original purpose evolved. As a result, PWI has been involved in numerous joint ventures and in direct development of various real estate projects as indicated above.
